Self-Love Program Questions

How does the Self-Love Program work logistically with time?

The program is divided into three phases, each lasting 9 weeks, with a one-week break halfway through. The phases are designed to be progressive, so you can start with Phase 1 and then decide whether to continue with the next phase.

Each class runs for 2 hours.
No prior preparation or experience is needed. You don’t need to have everything figured out—we take things step by step, together.

Before starting, you’ll have a 15-minute discovery call with me. This relaxed call allows you to ask questions and get a clear understanding of what to expect, helping you feel comfortable and supported.

From there, we begin with what’s present for you and move at a pace that feels right.

Bring a pen and paper, a cup of herbal tea or water, and an optional candle to set your intention. Most importantly, bring an open mind and a willingness to engage in a safe, relaxed space. Each week, I’ll let you know if anything specific is needed.

How is this delivered?

Sessions are held online via Zoom, usually lasting 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes.

Each week offers a shared process of gentle self-discovery. Sessions vary and may include story medicine, deep meditation, tea journeys, and neuro-training exercises.

This online community supports you in connecting with your inner guidance, self-trust, and awareness. You’ll have space to reflect, settle, and explore how you want to express yourself outside of external expectations. It’s a supportive environment to feel grounded while walking your personal journey with others.

1:1 Sessions Questions

How long do these sessions go for?

Sessions typically last 1 hour, 1.5 hours, or in some cases, 2.5 hours, depending on your needs.

1:1 sessions support a wide range of experiences, including:

  • Feeling anxious, worried, or overwhelmed
  • Ongoing stress or difficulty relaxing
  • Adrenal stress and burnout
  • Sleep challenges
  • Emotional support during difficult times
  • Family changes or separation
  • Relationship, friendship, or communication challenges
  • Breakups or loss
  • Feelings of sadness, nervousness, or uncertainty
  • Personal growth and self-awareness
  • Building confidence, motivation, and clarity
  • Navigating conflict and life transitions


Each session is tailored to your current needs and supports you at a pace that feels comfortable.

Sessions begin with a relaxed conversation to understand your goals and current experiences. We explore the different aspects of your life—physical, emotional, mental, relational, and environmental—and how they interact.

From there, I gently assess what your system is ready to work with using a combination of:

  • Neurotraining kinesiology
  • Systemic constellations
  • Counselling approaches
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)–informed work


Together, we decide whether a single session or a series of sessions is best for your desired outcome. Sessions are supportive, collaborative, and designed to help you feel safe, grounded, and understood. There is no need to prepare in advance—we work with what arises in the moment, guiding you toward balance, clarity, and growth.
